How much is this manual worth ?

Last week one of those manuals in good condition sold for $62 I think -an ebay auction.

"User ID kept private" First sign of a shadey seller and shill bidding. The guy most likely had several friends bidding it up for him. Why who knows because you have to pay for a reserve auction up front and with the fee's why bother! I think I paid 40 bucks for the one I got and it was in mint condition
