All proceeds benefit the American cancer society.
$5 to enter the NOS dry kit with 10# bottle. Paypal can be sent to dixiemusclecars@charter.net Be sure to include a phone number. Drawing will be help April 5th at Bama Dragway. You do not have to be present to win.
20 car limit. 2 pulls only, highest pull counts towards the final number.
Open to all domestics and domestic powered vehicles.
To sponsor we are asking for a commitment of at least .01 per whp made. 20 cars X 450 whp = 9000 whp = $90. Donations will be tax deductible and checks will be made directly to American Cancer Society. Video from 2007 Event (different site hosting this year)
Lunch provided by Hooters for all who dyno and the sponsors. Anything that is left the spectators can have. There will be plenty of door prizes and drinks. Spectators are encouraged.
There will be a bracket style head to head Guitar Hero Tournament. $5 to enter. Winner receives half of the winnings and the winner and runner up receive a trophy. The rest of the money will go to ACS.
LifeSouth will be taking blood donations.
How can you help? Post this on any forum you think people might be interested. Be sure and tell anyone who wants to dyno to sign up at DixieMuscleCars.com so we will have a single list of participants. Pass out the flyer. You can print it in black and white so you won't use up all of your color ink. Ask your boss if the company would be interested in being a sponsor. Ask the local businesses in your area. If you know someone who is interested and needs more information send them our way.
This event goes towards our Relay for Life total. If you would like more information about Relay for Life visit RelayforLife.org. If you would like to join our team click here. If you want to get your own group together and participate in Relay for Life that is fine. All the money raised goes to the same place.
After the event everyone is encouraged to attend Bama Dragway for midnight madness TnT. $5 to enter/race for everyone at Horsepower for Charity.
