Hooker exhuast -- Jegs/aerochamber, Summit/supercomp?

Just called Summit to order Hooker exhaust system, they said their kits only come with the Super Comp mufflers, but Jegs has their with the Aerochamber. From all the reading up here, I went with the Jegs kit w/the aerochamber... but curious why the two different companies would have different mufflers on them?

Also, did any of you put different exhaust tips on? I'm not crazy about the look of the tips on this system...

I would junk either muffler and install a set of Magnflows as I did with my Hooker system.

I forget the size off hand but it's the oval shaped one. The Hooker mufflers are going to drone.

Just match up the size.

I've bought 2 hooker exhausts from summit, they list them with supercomp's but when you get it they come with aerochambers.
