Anyone have any known combos for our gbody cars for great power. As in slicks, no hop bars, traction bars, springs etc... On my car i had 3.73 gears auborn posi and the lakewood no hop bars that relocate the upper control arms. This with 245/45/17 tires... now i know they are not excactly for drag racing, but even so. From a dead stop i could NOT stomp on the gas it would spin and spin and spin. Would adding just slicks make that much of a difference???? I want something that could hook so hard if it had enough power would pull the front end. Anybody with a good known setup, let me know. Thanks, Ian

If the car does not have the 8.5 rear slicks will destroy the rear most likely.
