What di the valve lift look like when you checked?

FWIW.. Even if the lobes are not wiped I suggest running ZDDP additive. SM/SN oil dont have teh package to protect the Flat tappets above stock grinds and spring psi's.

How did the psi test work on the intake tract?

i didnt do the test, it is more difficult to remove the valve covers on my setup then yours, so i think i will wait until i pull the engine to do the complete conversion to check the insides.
