Just figured I would pass it along but here in MD if a car is 20 years old and the model is no longer made you can get historic plates, 25 if the model is still made the regal went away when the Lacrosse came out. So needless to say picked up some tags yesterday 1/2 the price for the registration and NO MORE EMISSIONS!

Do those plates carry mileage and use restrictions? In many states you are technically in violation if you use an antique/classic registered vehicle as a daily driver.

Well I guess if you want to pay the man, keep regular plates and try to pass emissions every two years, and no they dident tell me a milage limit.
