High o2

I having some issue with my o2 being high and I'm getting knock at low boost my blm is at 127 just looking for some advise thanks

What's considered high to you? Could be getting rich knock..

Around 850 and I think it is rich knock but how do I adjust it ? Take fuel out over all or just in first gear ? Everything else on my power logger looks good cross counts look good and are climbing constantly
