Help with whose brand of torque conv.

I have a conv. with a trans I just got that was in the car. It looks to be a 10 or 10-1/2" depending on how you measure it. The previous owner said it stahled at 4000-4500. Here are the numbers on the conv:
S3 CC PTWS
2051501 110300
GM9 MS LS ST 11107 0913A

Trans is a TH400. Any help identifing it would be appreciated.
