HELP NEEDED:code 24 on a turbo tweak chip...no speedo

i've got an aftermarket electric speedo with a pulse converter....turbo tweak chip is throwing a code 24 meaning no or bad speedo...understandable as i have it to hook it up....however Eric thinks chip will not work with my combo...so what do i do....is there a wire i can tap the speedo signal to make it work.....anyone please help.
