Honestly, I think the best mod I see is the powerlogger.. Get to know it. Hang out with it. Buy it dinner. Love it. Make it breakfast. Every other mod will cost you money, but the PL can save you money if you understand it. I am still in the 'Just Friends' phase with mine...
You basically described my car with your mods and goals.... My car has been 11.0 with the 6262, its got 10's in it, just need to work on tuning it for now. Car also has a PTC 9.5 NLU from Dusty now. It went 11.1 with a stock converter though.

120-121. I can push it a little harder if I needed, but I think I am reaching my personal limits. Its already at 30lbs, not sure I feel like pushing it farther than that. Its just a weekend cruiser.
