help.. car wont start

The gn's been running rough for the past two days. Went to start and the fuel pump wouldn't keep pressure, kept on goin from 44pound to 50 pound and making a hissing noise from the area of the fuel pressure regulator. So i checked the vaccum lines, and the fpr for leaks. Tried the stock chip, but just turned over. Tried checking for fault codes but the scantool says no data for both the RA93 and stock chip. Checked all the ecm fuses, and their good. Could my ECM crapped out? I'm using the car everyday, any help would be appreciated.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS SWAP IN KNOWN GOOD PARTS SUCH AS ECMs, IGNITION MODULE, etc. THAT WOULD BE A GOOD START AND PROBABLY WOULD INDICATE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
