head question

So I did a search and came up with nothing. So are n/a 3.8 heads different or same as turbo heads?

what casting #? 8445 is the all the same Turbo/NA

All of the 79-88 RWD Buick heads are basically the same. The 8445 heads were used from mid/late 85 up and are the preferred heads but the earlier 293 casting is also similar. The biggest difference is the bridging of the water port on the end of the heads for some of the 293 and all of the 8445 heads.

and supposedly the exhaust valves that came with turbo cars were higher quality. Other than that, if true, an 8445 is an 1445 is an 8445.
