hard start with new high 60's

i just bought some new high 60 lb injectors and a street chip and race chip. If the car sets for a day or so with out being started it will take like a hour of turning it over to start sometimes longer. Once the car is started it will start every time, but if the car sets long it has a hard time starting again. the fuel pressure when it cranks over is 40psi and stays there so i know its gettiing fuel, could it be the injectors , chips or something else. It start every time before the injector and chip swap.

Hate to say it but it sounds like some of the injectors are leaking down when it sits for a long time.
