His reserve was met, so I'm sure the buyer defaulted and he has to put it up again...

...either way, it's a nice car.

Actually I emailed the person listing it, and they told me that it DID sell last month and the buyer actually paid in full for it. After the buyer paid, they requested a refund because of something financial, and the seller of the car didn't want to give them their money back. So....the person that sold it for the 1st seller is now selling it for the new owner. The new owner has never even seen the car, and is just trying to get their money back out of it.
