Gen II powers up and works but will not allow selection of page or value

My translator has always worked fine and when I start the car everything powers up but the translator won't change value it just shows battery voltage and rpm as it would but that's all

You can try a master reset. I forget what 2 buttons but it's either the 2 on right or 2 on left.
Hold both buttons down and power up the unit. The display will say " Hold buttons to reset"
Continue to hold the buttons until display reads "all data reset". You will then need to reconfigure per your application. Good luck!

I Tried both with no luck. Is there any other way to factory reset the Gen 2

It's frustrating to see its reading voltage and rpms but will not let any buttons work

I followed these reset instructions ....no effect do I need to flash my translator? It says it's very 1.35 when I start up

Hold the upper right button down and turn key on and continue holding the button IIRC its like 10 seconds and it will do a full reset.
