fuel rail ?

thanks for the responses I got on my fuel pump/relay issue. my ? is when I jump pins on the fuel pump relay, I believe I heard the fuel pump pressurize the system. at the end of the rail system gas was dripping out a nipple end that looked like a tire stem. what is that for?. thanks

For a fuel pressure test gauge.

it is a schrader valve, as noted above you hook up fuel pressure guage, or you can use to drain fuel from car via fuel pump.
Sounds like your's is lose or may need to be replaced, you can use a regular bike valve tool to remove it.
