Fuel line next to fuel filter in hotair car split... help

Hey guys, on the hotair cars (not sure about ICed) there is a return fuel line that is soft rubber that runs right next to the fuel filter. Mine cracked at the fitting. Does anyone know what the PN is for that line? Or any suggestions as to how to fix it (have a line made etc)
