does this program just record and monitor the cars vitals or can you actually make ecm changes with this? I'm new to this computer on the gn thing so any info helps.

It's a scan tool. No direct ECM changes are made with this. For example you would monitor TPS voltage with this program while physically adjusting the sensor.
