It can be used with or without the water cooled option and it will come with the lines to hook it up. It has a 3" inlet. It is a p-trim exhaust wheel with .63 precision exhaust housing and is a 3 bolt.

Cursed?

Is this thing cursed or something? I'm looking around at different combos and the 45 seems to fit lots of combos, but this thing has been through 3 people and only the original owner even bolted it on?

i hope its not cursed lol. as far as i know, the original owner used it. but i dont for sure
you could pm the orignal owner and ask him, i dont think he would mind the question

EDIT:this is what was qutoed from the original owner (this info can all be found by clicking the link in my original post up top)

"Hi,
the turbo is in very good condition. It has the normal amount of clearance in the bearings.that is it.it has about 2 to 3000 miles on it.i have gone 10.60's with it at 29 pounds of boost.this turbo is made for high boost so it will go low 10's at 32 or so pounds.i love the turbo,i am just going bigger .i am building an engine for the 9's.it will come with the water lines to connect it were the steel tube for the heater core connects or you can just not hook them up.it is your choice.i dont take paypal.you can send a money order, cert. check etc etc.let me know what you want to do.my number is 7xx-xxx-xxxx if you want to call.

thanks,nick"

I'll speak as to why I sold it to simple..... I am running a stock turbo on a stock longblock..... bought a used TE60 from a friend..... had it......

Then I moved toward really wanting to be able to go low 11's on any given day... and high 10's on a "good-air" day..... read many posts praising the 45A..... so when this one came up for sale.... seemed real reasonable.... so I bought it intending on selling the TE60...... well..... after reading lots of posts.... I concluded the 45A was too big really for stock heads......(I know I will get ported heads at some point.... but it will be quite some time before I can turn loose of that much $$ at one time)...... so I decided the TE60 was a better turbo choice for a stock headed street car on pump gas/alky .....

Don't get me wrong..... the 45A is IMHO the best non BB turbo out there for a ported heads pump gas/alky car.... on a 109 block..... it can take you right to the edge of block durability.... w/o a sweat.......

The bottom line is.... I still have not even put on the TE60 on my car yet..... let alone.....ported heads .... or a 45A..... but I will probably get one some day..... after the ported heads....

Good luck with your sale..... like I said.... if I had ported heads in my near future budget... I'd buy it back.....
