Brand new, never used on anything. Bolted to a manifold once just for a picture.
T4 footprint, 4.5" V-band downpipe flange. ~79mm compressor inducer, 1.25 a/r exhaust housing. Rated to 1150hp but will do more than that. There's a slight dent in the compressor cover lip. Don't know how that got there and Bullseye Power said that little flat spot isn't going to affect the turbo's performance any.
Little bit of surface rust (it's the big one on the far right):
