Known Issues:

Clear coat on roof has started to peal within the last year which is common on these cars.
Also has clear coat chips on drivers side doors (see pics). Has a couple dings and scratches
Passenger side ball joint might need replacing.
Has a problem downshifting from 5th to 4th. It started after the shifter cable bracket bolts backed off. Might just need to be adjusted or could be synchro related
No A/C, JDM compressor fittings that were on the new engine for the A/C are different so the belt and bolts have disconnected.
E-Brake cable could probably use replacing
Just started to drip a little bit of coolant
Blew out a RWS line last week on the way to the store.

Price is $3995

for you guys that don't know...this cars were super cool and with minimal mods and a capable driver were solid high 12sec quarter mile cars. I've got friends here that went through quite a few of these. One still has one.

Thanks. The fastest Galant VR-4 out there ran a 9.510 so they have a lot of potential to say the least.

They are also nick named the EVO-Zero because they based the Lancer Evolution platform on the Galant VR-4 but only cost a 1/5th of the price. The Galant VR-4 was only brought to America because of the old rally rules that stated a car must have a limited number to be mass produced and offered to the public in order to compete in the World Rally Championship. It doesn't get much rarer than this
