whats it made to handle powerwise?

I told the builder I was going to go high 10's low 11's with it. It's been sitting in my garage for over a year and I have to many other projects thats the only reason I'm selling it. I had it for sale last Christmas for more $$$ but I need the $$ to put into other projects.
