well, that is a good question.......there is no 02 input at WOT...however, getting to WOT may be a little ragged on a chip that runs closed loop

so, I guess I would say, if you are running a closed loop chip, it would be good to have a good 02

if not a closed loop chip......you don't need the 02 at all

usually if your car has a healthy diet of race gas, it is possible to foul out your single wire o2 sensor in just a few days-


once you get code 13, then the 02 is beyond help-

might try and get a heated 02 sensor in the future-
