firing order

in the hotair info up top it has in the firing order area that the coil is backwards of my coil , why is that or is there more then one coil . I still run the stock coil but my 1-3-5 is in the front of the car not the back. Just making sure mine is hooked up right.

This is a waste sperk system that fires 2 cyl at the same time one on compression and 1 on exhaust . the crank trigger is 120 apart and fires 2 cyls 120 degrees apart

i think you are right,that is a 86/87 coil pack. the 84/85 coil pack (about an inch taller) has the 1,5,3 in front.

When I switched my 1984 ignition system over to 1987 the firing order changed. The 1987 firing order is 165432 with the 153 at the rear of the coil pack and 426 in the front. Hope this helps you
