Got some rear bumper fillers. Got them dialed in pretty good. The only part is were the two pieces meet in the middle. They are close but not gonna look good painted. What have you guys done to fix this?

Should I put a sheet metal screw, nut and bolt, rivet.....etc. Anyone got pics of there fix? Dont wanna crack the fiberglass.

Open the mounting Holes a bit
And readjust. They'll over lap like o.e.

One half is tweaked just a little. Cant adjust it to make them line up. Will have to bond them together somehow.

Do know how u are with glass
But u can use a glass matt
And make it a one piece filler

I took the same approach as 1fastcobra and joined the two pieces into one with fiberglass.

I removed the overlap where the two meet in the center and then fiberglassed the seam to make one piece.
