I w ould have to guess John Plogg. Also with iron heads and ac on a 109 block. We will have to see what he does next week.
John ran 9.48 @ 143 at Noble last year. Runnerup in TSM at Bowling Green in 2011 with similar time.
Knowing John, I'm sure he has lowered ET and upped MPH since then.

Red Armstrong has been 9.17@152 with a 200 and a vigilante 5 disc.
Is he running ported factor iron heads on this run?

I thought Scott Bolek or one of the other Ohio guys ran 8.9 with a 200. For some reason I thought this was a personal goal for one of them.

Scott switched to a TH400 with the TSL set up. He was going to run a 200 though. I think someone has gone in the 8's with one, just can't recall who. IMO, if I can talk Red into switching to a M/T Pro Radial, he will go 8's.

Mind sharing a little bit about how the suspension is setup? Air Bags? etc?

I did not do the heads personally but I believe they are pretty close to the champions. Dan Strezo at DLS did them. No air bags in rear, has an HR swaybar, double adjustable uppers & lowers with all heim joints. QA1 springs with height adjusters from TRZ.
