earlier this spring i had a issue with the delay rely it was making the fan after the turn off the key. i disconnected it, just recently the fan is again running after i turn the key off. could it be the hi or low rely or some resistor gone bad for it to keeping running after turning the key. even going a fews miles and stop, it will keep running. any suggestions.
