Fan issue, no power. Please help

Found the car running at 215 and pulled over and found fans werent on. Finally got it home since I wasnt far and started checking. I pulled the wire off temp sensor on intake and grounded it and can hear the relay clicking but still no fan. Unplugged fan and found I have no voltage on either the black/pink or black/red but do have a good ground. Any ideas where to go from here? Thanks in advance for any help.

Go to the relay on the drivers fender and check power and ground going to the relay then out i had a bad connection there when i wiggled the wire around i got the fan to come on cleaned the connections at the relay and replaced the relay all was good after that

I have power to both relays. I also swapped and cleaned the relays. Must be bad relays but both click when I ground the intake temp sensor wire. I can only get the fans going by jumping both relay power wires with the one going to the fan. This only makes the fans go if both are jumped. Should both need to be jumped?

Check the time delay relay. It's the bigger of the bunch.
