What has changed with this turbo in the last year. Been on the shelf,been using it .still no smoke, rubs,leaks.

The car has been sitting but i did make it a habit of turning the car on once a month and letting it heat cycle a few times before turning it off.
The car was turned on last week to show a working motor (turbo was on the car) to a buyer and it didn't smoke make any noises, took the turbo off and it looks good.
