What previous owners had to say that are members on this site:
Damn, just as I thought... that IS my old car! Ian told me he'd give me first shot if he ever sold it! I owned it from '90 to '03 and had about 94K miles on it when I sold it to Ian. I had a high mile motor/trans that I sold with it and was told they freshened it before installation. Oh well, wish I could be able to work a deal now, but just not feasible for me at this time. Good luck with the sale and if you can, please let me know where it ends up?

Another owner Replied:
Sorry Jay, I totally forgot about our agreement. I sold the car about 3.5years ago to another local person from Lincoln. The motor was never rebuilt after I purchased it from Jay Jackson. We (Doug Jacobsen) put new crank bearings, and heavy valve springs in and called it good. I popped a head gasket at the track, pulled the heads, and had a racing valve job done. No port work was done at that time. Car ran a best for me of 11.78 @ 116 mph. 1.7 60' time. When I owned the car it was maintained very well. Oil changed every 500 miles or after every track outing. TE-44 turbo was tight. I installed a Billet 9/11 3400 stall. If anybody has any more questions, feel free to pm me.

I do have the Grill I just have to but it back on. Since it is winter the Buick is sitting in my Garage but I will take updated pics of the Engine and others if requested from possible buyers. The only 2 things that needs to be fixed is the exhaust leak(Haven't had time to fix it) and the Oil pan gasket(I have a new one but have not installed it)

Reason for selling is I just deploy too often to enjoy my Buick like I use to. Also I am trying to get station Overseas and will not be able to take it with me.

Good luck with the sale Rico. I guess I didn't realize this was Jay Jackson's old car.
