JW Flexplate is out of certification. Since it's still brand new in box it will cost $30 to have it recertified. I email JW and that is what they told me.
Reason for selling is, i'm having a new short block built for internal balance.

The pan is brand new in the box. The BHJ Balancer is external balance. Yes it does have the interupter ring. The balancer has about 200 miles on it.
