Has anyone ever tried, used, bought or seen this product? If so is it a good product and does it truly bolt right up?

I seen some of these on ebay. I looked at the sellers feedback and the guy who bought a set of these left neg feedback and wanted his money back. Said that they wouldn't fit right and that it hit his down pipe. These may not be the same ones, but they do look the same. I have never owned a set of these so I can only go off what others have had to say about them.
