I have a hooker exhaust with a few holes and sounds like hell. I cant get a new exhaust system till after the next race event. Will it lean out like running an open downpipe or could i just uncap the downpipe but my car does not seem to like it . Or should i just park it till the new system is on !

You can do whatever you please, as long as you tune for it. Use your guages and scanmaster, and adjust stuff accordingly. If you're getting better flow out of your exhaust due to whatever, just knock the boost down a pound, till your numbers are correct.
