I was driving car around Saturday night got on it few times, motor was making a noise like something lose. Went out next day cranked it up, well tried. It was hard to start, wouldn't idle. My o2 meter was all the way lean, running like crap. Found out the bolt that goes into side of turbo thru bracket that bolts to intake fell out and it was sucking air. You wouldn't think that hole would go all the way thru. Well new bolt wouldn't tighten up so I put thread lock on it.

Happens often. That bolt should be a stud to minimize stripping. Should be fixed mechanically because, it is a critical pain. Larger size will need to have the bracket slot modified so it slides down the stud.

Think I'll pull it and helicoil it, was gonna try and do it on car but guess then shavings wouldn't be good for the motor

You can helicoil on the car. Position is a bigger concern than shavings.
Use lots of rags and a vacuum cleaner.

It makes it easier since Im running electric fan, so I can stand in there, lol
