Emergency Help Needed: Walker Muffler In/Out

So I am putting new exhaust on my GN but I can't seem to figure out what the inlet and outlet are on my 22395 Walker Quiet Flow 3 muffler.

Anybody know which ones (there are long and short tubes, top and bottom) are inlet or outlet?

I want to finish this up and I have it in the air and just need this info.
