Ecu location?

Just a quick dumb question before I go opening things I shouldn't. Where's the ecu located? Im assuming the silver box by the pass footwell, but not sure. Thanks in advance.

That is correct! The chip is located inside under the small access panel held in with two screws

unplug the orange wire out by the battery before doing anything to the ecm. this cuts the battery power to it.
