ok. i am not a frequent ebayer, so can someone explain to me about paypal, thats what the seller prefers.

First of all you need a www.paypal.com account.You can pay by credit card if the person accepts c.c. payments,most people don't unless they have a business.So if thats the case you need to sign up with your checking account routing#at bottom of your check to be a Verified Member,Once you sign up with checking info.Paypal will put a small deposit in your checking account example $.23 Then you have to confirm the amount of the deposit.And once that is confirmed then you are Verified and can instantly make transfers or recieve them from your checking acc. to someone elses acc. So you can sign up with your c.c and use it right off but to use your checking acc. it will take a day or so to get Verified.
Although Paypal is the sellers preferance he prolly takes money orders also.
