Dummy O2 question?

My scanmaster just started flashing a 44 and a 13 code. Ever since my car has been running like s**t. MY O2's have been all over the place as well. Anywhere from 590-820 in top of third! My question is can a bad O2 sensor make my car run so bad? I didnt think it could, but i am lost.

Yes a bad O2 sensor will make your car run like a dog. It sounds like you have a wiring problem though. I would check your wiring first, to see if you have a short that is grounding out the sensor.
