Driveshaft differences?

Aside from the length, is there honestly any difference between the driveshafts in the GNs vs. the ones in regular G-bodies? Stronger, lighter, anything?

the driveshaft in my car looks pretty much like every other G body driveshaft i've ever seen.

The GN driveshaft is alittle bigger around than the stock driveshaft from my brother's 79 Cutlass. It might have changed in 81 though. It seems like the late 70's cars had weaker parts.
