Driveability Problems After Warmup

Any suggestions would be appreciated. 87 Turbo, bone stock. Car runs great for about 5 miles then when it is at operating temp it starts running rough. Almost seems to be on 5 cylinders. Checked for loose plug wires and they seemed OK, they are only a year old anyway. What should I check in what order before I just send it to a professional. Thanks

All or any of the plugs wet?
What are your O2, CC and BLM numbers when the engine is at operating temp?

Mine was doing basically the same thing only it was more of an ignition miss than feeling like it wasn't running on all cyl. Turned out to be a bad coil. Fine when it was cold but once it got hot...
