Door panel pull strap trim pieces

Need a couple of the plastic trim pieces off the door panel that the pull strap goes into. Mine are all busted to h....! Thanks

Actually need the escutcheons (just found out what they're called) and Highway Stars sells them for $86 a pair. Used ones would be fine if anyone has some.

Nope. Need that whole piece call an escutcheon.

Only the piece that covers the screw is called a escutcheon, you need that and the whole trim piece from the looks of your pic. The escutcheons you can buy new I'm not sure about the rest of it?.
