First check fuses and doorlock relays. Now that that diddnt work, To test the actuator, just take the two wires that are going into the acutator send +12v to one wire and neg to the other wire with a cordless drill battery - you should unplug it to do this test. reverse the wires polarity to test in the opposite direction. as for the switch, you should have a light blue wire for lock and it will read +12 when pushing swich. unlock will be black and will also test +12 when pressed. If all this has checked out, make sure your getting +12 at lock/unlock relays when switch is pressed, if not there is probably a bad wire in between check continuity between switch and kick panel the kich to relay. also continuity between relay socket and actuator.
