What would cause a dim headlight on low beam but ok on bright? Its only on one side. Did a bulb change and that did not help. Wiggled the wires and no change.
Typically bad ground on one lamp. You need to put a voltmeter on the wores and see where the difference is. You have another light on the car to compare too.
