what paint to use for new pad is blue in color now, need gray for 87 gn.

If you're talking about what color, SEM vinyl paint comes in a couple different grays you could use. If you're speaking of the panel that covers the speakers and has the defroster vents, it's plastic, so you could use any type of spray paint in the color of your choosing. I'd recommend you stay as dark as possible. The lighter it is, the more it will reflect off the windshield.

That particular piece in my GN, I painted satin black. That shade can be purchased anywhere. I know original is gray, but that wasn't important to me.
