You have the right to use deadly force if your life is in eminent danger, and with a mob attacking my vehicle, while I'm in it, I'm NOT saying anyone deserves to die, buy it wouldn't be a good idea to throw your self in my path, while I'm trying to evade the situation, Unless you're suicidal. If I were on the Jury, I'd vote YES the driver to be justified in this case...Some may disagree...Sorry, I would've done the same thing.
