Ok so i bought the car and noticed that the dome, doors, all interior lights and radio where not working so i immedietly checked the fuse, what do ya know the cig/clk was missing... hmmm wonder why? So i threw a fuse in there and everything lit up! Doors worked radio everything, i was soo happy buy i turned off the key shut the door and all you can hear is something whinning under the hood sounds like draining of the battery, and everything is off the key is not in and doors are shut. So i pulled the fuse out, any if you might know what it is?

I'm pretty sure it's your power antenna making that noise and it's broke not able to be fully up or down. You can unplug it from under the hood. Just follow the wire that leads to the antenna you should see a plug to take it apart. You can leave it like that until you fix your antenna. I left mine unplugged for years.
