That corvette driver doesn't appear to know how to turn into the skid and just came off the gas as fast as he could when he was out of shape ending up on the wall.
It would have ruined his whole day if he had flipped it over.

Interesting that this video has showed back up. That was the very last day i got to race my car. The day I finally tried to turn it up only to find out how much back pressure I was dealing with on the turbo. Anyway... back to the wreck.
It was very weird. I left way later than him and watched and passed him.. it was like a slow motion cartoon. I didn't even hear his car hit the wall. I guess the fiberglass on the c5's is really deadened from sounds when they crumple. I don't know how else to describe it.. I didn't hear anything.. and didn't really believe what i saw until the car was on the wrecker. From the right lane, it looked like the car was going over the wall and was going to roll over as his front end popped up, I thought it was going to at least be stuck on the wall.
