I want to test my throughput of fluid from tranny in/out of coolers, but do not know what to gauge results against

One member mentioned "approx a quart in 20 seconds" ...... is that a reasonable throughput, if taken before it would enter back into transmission after being cooled, car warmed up in P ???

The results from my flow testing is, I think, very good ......

I was going by the "qt in 20 seconds", so I fired her up, left it in park and measured just before the Return Nipple on tranny, by unbolting it from tranny, putting on a hose/clamp and routing it into a bottle.

I got about a qt. in 10 seconds ..... and that is going through my external 18 inch finned aluminum cooler, then through my radiator cooler and back to tranny .....

After that, I am pretty sure my overheating problems were due to lockup issue (that I still have) .....
