I never had the vehicle running but did install them with the stock coils
the only thing i'm not 100% sure on is the sway bay I never hooked it up so can't verify how that will attach

Also, these are MUCH heavier then the stock control arms, if weight is an issue, dont use them

shocks are suppose to sold waiting for payment, if dont receive it i'll pm you
