I finally solved the problem with my down pipe hitting the "A" frame.I purchased an "ATR" down pipe and installed it on my car but the down pipe would hit the "A" frame,well I was told to replace the motor mounts(which I had already done months before,then I was told to loosen the motor mount bolts and raise the motor up with a jack and retighten them.Well to make a long story short I replaced the coil springs and shocks and now my problem is solved with plenty of clearance between the down pipe and "A" frame.

I used the TRW/Moog front and rear springs.Different name same part numbers.
